Wipe Me Down Dance AI: Put Two Photos in the Viral Kitchen Clip

The Wipe Me Down dance is the low, loose bounce with both hands wiping at the floor, done to “Wipe Me Down”, the 2007 Foxx, Lil Boosie and Webbie song, and made famous on TikTok by Carnell Nichols. The AI versions going around in 2026 copy one 15-second kitchen clip: a dancer drops low, then a friend jumps in and takes over. Upload two photos and this generator puts you both into that clip's real moves and sound, with the credit price shown before you start. It is not Wipe It Down, the 2020 mirror outfit-change challenge.

Seedance 2.5 is the default and keeps faces and hands closest to the photos; on 2.5 the provider checks both photos and the clip before the video starts. Credits are charged when the job starts and refunded automatically if it fails or a photo is refused.

Your two photos replace the two dancers; the kitchen, the camera moves and the sound stay.

What is the Wipe Me Down dance AI trend?

It is a 2026 wave of AI videos that put new people into one viral Wipe Me Down clip. The dance is older: a low, wide-legged bounce with the back down and both hands flicking at the floor on every beat, as if wiping it, done to the song “Wipe Me Down”. What is new is that people no longer learn it: they upload photos and let a video model copy the moves.

What the AI versions copy: the 15-second kitchen clip, second by second

The generator follows this one take: the handheld camera, the timing and the sound. Only the two dancers change. This is who your photos become at each moment.

SecondsWhat happensYour photo
0–0.7Dancer 1 leans right into the lens with a grin; the friend waits by the counterPhoto 1 (Photo 2 behind)

What each photo controls

  • Photo 1 is the first dancer: their face, hair, skin tone, build and the clothes in the photo.
  • Photo 2 is the friend who takes over. Put the same photo in both slots and you play both parts.
  • The kitchen, the phone camera, the moves and the 15-second sound come from the clip and stay the same in every video.
  • 5 s shows only dancer 1; 10 s ends just after the friend jumps in; 15 s is the whole clip with both turns.

Wipe Me Down AI tools compared

People make these videos in five ways. The big difference is where the moves come from: the real clip, or a prompt that guesses them. Prices were checked on 14 October 2026 and change often.

Pick by goal. To look like the clip everyone recognises, use a tool that follows the clip: this page, or a motion-transfer app if you can find a clean copy of it. For a solo dance in your own room, a one-photo prompt tool such as Kavel AI is enough. CapCut's template is the in-app route for one person.

Which model makes it look like real movement, not a slideshow

An AI dance looks like a slideshow when the model has no motion to follow and only nudges the photo. Every model here follows the kitchen clip, so all of them move; they differ in how well faces, hands and the fast floor wipes hold up, and in resolution and price.

Photos that work, and quick fixes

Most bad results trace back to the photo. Check this list before you spend credits, then use the fixes if something still looks off.

Use

  • One person per photo, facing the camera, face sharp and well lit
  • Waist-up or full length, so the clothes carry into the low bounce
  • The outfit you want to dance in: each dancer wears the clothes from their photo

Avoid

  • Group shots, sunglasses, heavy filters, or a face covered by a hand or phone
  • A tiny face in a wide shot, or a photo of a screen
  • Children, or anyone who hasn't agreed to be in the video

Fix a bad result

The face drifts or looks like someone else
Use a sharper front-facing photo with the face large in frame, and stay on Seedance 2.5.
Strange hands during the floor wipe
The hands blur in the original take too. Try 720p or 1080p on Seedance 2.5 or 2.0, with a photo that shows your hands.
The wrong person dances first
Photo 1 always dances first and Photo 2 takes over. Use the swap button and generate again.
Soft or blurry video
480p is for testing. Choose 720p, or 1080p on Seedance 2.0 or 2.5, for the version you post.
Someone wears the original dancer's clothes
Use a photo that shows the outfit to the waist or further; from a face-only crop the model has to invent the rest.
The photo check refused it
On Seedance 2.5 the provider reviews both photos and the clip first; if it says no, your credits come back. Try clearer photos of adults, or switch to Seedance 2.0 or MiniMax H3.

Couples, friends, solo, family photos and pets

The two photo slots are the clip's two dancers. That covers most of what people ask for, with two exceptions.

A couple
Put whoever starts in Photo 1 and the partner who takes over in Photo 2. It changes who gets the bigger part: Photo 1 dances for about 9 seconds, Photo 2 for 6.
Two friends
The version the trend is known for: one drops low, the other jumps in. Ask your friend before you upload their photo.
Just you
Use the same photo in both slots. You appear twice: dancing first, then jumping in from the counter to take over from yourself.
An old family photo
Works if each person can be cropped to a clear face. Upload them as two separate photos; a group photo in one slot will not work.
Your dog or cat
Not supported: the clip and the instructions are made for two people. Pet versions on TikTok, like the bulldog above, are filmed, not generated.
Three or more people
The kitchen clip has two dancers, so this template takes exactly two photos.

Posting it: the song, other people's photos and brand use

The download carries the clip's 15-second cut of “Wipe Me Down”. For personal posts, adding the song from TikTok's or Instagram's own sound library keeps you inside their music licences.

Ads and brand accounts need a licence for the song from its rights holders, which no generator can give you. Use licensed music for paid campaigns.

Only upload photos of people who agreed to it, and never of children. Don't present the video as something a real person actually did.

The moves come from Carnell Nichols' dance and @dadxander's clip. Tagging them when you post is good manners.

Photos are stored under your account with unlisted keys and used only for your job. Your videos stay visible only to you until you download and share them.

Questions about Wipe Me Down dance AI

What AI are people using for the Wipe Me Down dance videos?

Mostly one of three routes: a generator that follows the original kitchen clip (like this page), a one-photo prompt tool such as Kavel AI's Wipe Me Down page, or CapCut's “Wipe it Down AI” template. General models like Kling or Runway can try it from a prompt, but they invent the moves, so the result rarely matches the clip people recognise.

Can I make a Wipe Me Down AI video from just one photo?

Yes. Put the same photo in both slots and you play both dancers: you drop low first, then take over from yourself. The whole 15 seconds costs 117 credits on the default Seedance 2.5 at 480p.

How much does one Wipe Me Down AI video cost?

From 8 credits (5 s, Seedance 2.0 Mini, 480p) to 464 credits (15 s, Seedance 2.5, 1080p). The whole 15-second clip costs 23 credits on Seedance 2.0 Mini and 117 on Seedance 2.5 at 480p. The price is shown before you generate, and refunded if the job fails.

Why does my AI dance look like a slideshow, and which model fixes it?

A slideshow look usually means the model had no motion to follow and only animated the photo a little. Here every model copies the real clip's moves; for the most faithful faces and hands, use Seedance 2.5 at 720p or higher with a sharp, front-facing photo.

Can I make 20 or 100 Wipe Me Down videos for a campaign?

Yes, one at a time with the same settings. At the default Seedance 2.5, 480p, 20 whole videos take 2,340 credits and 100 take 11,700. Everyone pictured must agree to it, and paid ads need a licence for the song.

Can I put my dog or an old family photo in it?

Family photos work if you crop each person to a clear face and upload two separate photos. Pets are not supported: the template is built for two people.

Does the finished video include the Wipe Me Down song?

Yes. The video is generated without sound, then the clip's 15-second cut of the song is laid back under it, in time with the moves. 5 and 10-second videos get the matching opening of the sound.
